A warm cocktail made from white wine with spices.

- Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine — 100 ml
- Apple juice — 25 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Drambuie liqueur — 25 ml

- While heating, pour the liqueur into a pre-warmed heatproof glass.
- POUR heated mulled wine into liqueur-charged glass.
