A refreshing cocktail with rum and pineapple.

- Jamaican aged blended rum — 45 ml
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 30 ml
- Coffee liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass/mug filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprigs bouquet & 3 coffee beans.
