- Bacardi 8 year old rum — 30 ml
- *Special ingredient #2 (see above) — 30 ml
- Chili pepper sugar syrup — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 35 ml
- Filter coffee (hot) — 5 ml
- Chilled water — 10 ml
