Mai Tai (Trader Vic's) Cocktail
A classic tropical cocktail with rum and citrus.

- गार्निश: Half lime shell, mint sprig and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino cherry)
- ABV: 19%

- Havana Club 7yo rum — 60 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 10 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with half lime shell, mint sprig and fruit stick.
