A refreshing cocktail with absinthe and cucumber.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Mint leaves — 7 fresh
- Cucumber (fresh) — 2 slice
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
इसे कैसे बनाएं
- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and leave to stand.
- SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass and STRAIN contents of shaker into absinthe-coated glass.
- TOP with splash of soda.
