A refreshing cocktail with gin and green chartreuse.

- Gin — 45 ml
- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
