- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Ginger liqueur — 22.5 ml

- SHAKE again with ice and strain into chilled glass.
