Gimlet Cocktail (Difford's recipe)
A refreshing cocktail with gin and lime cordial.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 50 ml
- Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — 20 ml
- Rutte Old Simon Genever — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lime zest twist and a lime wedge on the rim.
