Gin and Thyme
A fragrant cocktail with gin and limoncello.

- Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth — 15 ml
- Limoncello liqueur — 30 ml
- Crème de violette liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Thyme liqueur — 2 drop

- Strain into a rocks glass over a single rock.
- If you have a smoking gun, smoke it with a pinch of herbs de provence.
