- Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped — 2 slice
- Patrón Reposado tequila — 60 ml
- Apple Schnapps liqueur — 15 ml
- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

- Lightly MUDDLE (just press) chilli pepper in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
