A strong cocktail with truffle oil.

- Bacardi 8 year old rum — 50 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 15 ml
- De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liqueur — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 10 ml
- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 2.5 ml

- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Add 2 drops of truffle oil.
