A cocktail with vodka and anise.

- Ketel One Vodka — 30 ml
- Pernod anise — 22.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 60 ml
- Giffard Grenadine syrup — 5 ml

- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- POUR grenadine into centre of drink. (It should sink.)
- Garnish with star anise.
