Fly High Palomita
An exotic cocktail with tequila and grapefruit.

- ABV: 15%

- Tequila infused with rosemary — 60 ml
- Grapefruit juice (ruby red) — 30 ml
- Yuzu syrup — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters — 1 drop
- Scrappy's Bitters Firewater Tincture — 1 drop
- Mezcal — 1 dash

- SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled coupe.
- Then with an atomizer, rinse the top of your cocktail with Mezcal.
