Flip Cocktail (generic recipe)
A classic cocktail with brandy and egg.

- Brandy, whisk(e)y, gin, rum etc. — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 fresh

- SHAKE all ingredients with the ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and pour into chilled glass.
