- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) (2 sugar to 1 water) — 1 spoon
- Pasteurised egg white — 1 dash
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash

- DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice).
- SHAKE again with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
