CHRIS's Pineapple Daiquiri (Difford's recipe)
A tropical cocktail with pineapple and rum.

- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 30 ml
- Pineapple flavoured vodka — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Absinthe verte — 1 dash
- Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum — 30 ml

- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
