- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 25 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml

- Shake with ice and fine strain to rocks glass with fresh ice.
