- Grand Marnier liqueur — 25 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 60 ml
- Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) — 30 ml

- Freeze the glasses.
- Mix the ingredients with 4 ice cubes.
- Shake until a foam layer forms.
- Sugar the rim of the glass with powdered sugar.
- Serve cold.
