Braulio Sour
A sour cocktail with rye whiskey and Amaro Braulio.

- Rye whiskey (80 proof) 40-45% alc./vol. — 45 ml
- Amaro Braulio — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash

- Shake all that up hard WITHOUT ice.
- Then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with brandied cherries.
