A complex cocktail with rum and spices.

- गार्निश: Flamed orange zest twist (discarded) & light dusting of ground cinnamon on surface of drink
- ABV: 15%

- Havana Club 7yo rum — 50 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 10 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
