A spicy version of the classic tomato juice cocktail.

- Tomato Juice — 120 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Hot pepper sauce (red) — 8 drop
- Worcestershire sauce — 4 dash
- Horseradish sauce — 1⁄2 spoon
- Tawny port — 15 ml
- Celery salt — 2 pinch
- Black pepper — 2 grind

- ROLL rather than shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with salt & pepper rim plus celery stick.
