Bloody Sour
A cocktail with gin and lime juice, shaken to a froth.

- Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 10 ml

- Add all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds discard ice from shaker and dry shake for another 20-30 seconds.
- Fine strain into an old fashion glass with ice.
