A cocktail with rum and black truffle honey.

- Bacardi Gold rum — 45 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Ginseng aperitif — 10 ml
- Black truffle honey — 1 spoon

- STIR all ingredients in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
- Add ice, SHAKE and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
