- Raspberries (fresh) — 5 fresh
- Gin — 52.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients (including raspberries which will be pulped by shaking) with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest twist and fresh raspberry.
