Alexandr's Whiskey Sour (Difford's recipe)
A classic cocktail with a sweet and sour taste.

- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 3 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 30 ml
- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
