- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Cava sparkling wine (chilled) — 75 ml

- Stir the Rutte Dry Gin, Ketel One Vodka, orange juice, and sugar syrup with ice.
- Strain the mixture into a Copa glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink with chilled Cava sparkling wine.
