A refreshing cocktail with rum and champagne.

- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Brut Champagne — 45 ml

- Strain into an ice-filled glass (preferably a column of ice).
- TOP with champagne.
