- Bepi Tosolini I Legni Rovere grappa — 45 ml
- Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) — 22.5 ml
- Coffee liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) — 2 drop
