• Koriste: Orange zest twist
• ABV: 21%

Ainesosat

• Overproof pot still rum — 60 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
• Apple juice — 15 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. STIR half of the rum, sugar syrup, and bitters with two ice cubes in glass.
2. Add rest of rum, another couple of ice cubes and STIR again.
3. Fill glass with ice and STIR again.
4. Finally FLOAT apple juice.
