- . 151-Proof Demerara Rum [Lemon Hart or El Dorado] — 45 ml
- Lime juice — 15 ml
- . Sugar Syrup — 15 ml
- Bitters — 1 dash
- 1/8 tsp. Pernod — 6 drops
- . crushed ice — 240 ml
- blend at high speed for 5 seconds, pour into metal cup or a pilsner glass
- Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick
