Ainesosat

• Havana Club 7yo rum — 60 ml
• Pedro Ximénez sherry — 10 ml
• Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. STIR half the rum with two ice cubes in a chilled glass.
2. Add PX sherry, sugar syrup, and bitters.
3. Add two more ice cubes and the rest of the rum.
4. STIR some more and add more ice.
