• Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Pineapple (fresh) — 30 ml
• John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur — 15 ml
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

Як це зробити

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with 1/2 oz. pebble ice.
2. Shake to briefly chill and dilute.
3. Strain into a chilled glass filled with pebble ice.
4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint sprig.
