A cocktail with a deep flavor and notes of pomegranate.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 20 ml
- Pomegranate liqueur — 10 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
