Smoky Yellow Apples
A cocktail with peated bourbon and apple brandy.

- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 15 ml
- Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky — 30 ml
- Applejack brandy — 30 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- Stir all ingredients over cracked ice.
- Strain into double rocks glass over single large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange twist.
