Sam's Collins
A refreshing cocktail with mint and tonic.

- Beefeater London Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Mint leaves — 12 fresh
- Tonic water — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker.
- Add orange juice, simple syrup, and gin, then shake with ice.
- Double strain into a glass with ice and top up with tonic water.
