- Ancho Reyes chile liqueur — 30 ml
- Kahlúa coffee liqueur — 30 ml
- Double cream / heavy cream — 30 ml

- Stir first 3 ingredients with ice.
- Pour into coupe glass.
- Float the cream with a cocktail spoon.
