Oleo Sacrament
A cocktail with whiskey and oleo saccharum served in a wine glass.

- ตกแต่ง: Lemon zest twist (discarded) & flamed rosemary
- ABV: 25%
ส่วนผสม
- Daddy Rack Tennessee Whiskey — 50 ml
- Lime oleo saccharum — 15 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 10 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
- Plum bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest twist (discarded) & flamed rosemary.
