An elegant cocktail with notes of cognac and absinthe.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Byrrh Grand Quinquina — 30 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Serve.
