Milky Mojito
A cocktail with mint and anise, refreshing and light.

- Pernod anise — 60 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 22.5 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- Lightly MUDDLE mint in glass.
- Fill glass with crushed ice, add other ingredients.
- TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
