Jordy's Maple Rum Old-Fashioned
A classic cocktail with rum and maple syrup.

- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
- Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 year old Jamaican rum — 50 ml
- Wray & Nephew White overproof rum — 10 ml
- Maple syrup — 10 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
