A classic cocktail with whisky and vermouth.

ส่วนผสม
- Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 30 ml
- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 20 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash

วิธีทำ
- Mix 2 dashes of angostura bitters to simple syrup, and mix well.
- Add whisky, vermouth and the orange juice.
- Add a single great ice rock.
- Stir with a ballerina spoon for 15 seconds.
