A classic cocktail with Islay whisky.

• แก้ว: Old-fashioned glass
• น้ำแข็ง: Ice cubes
• ตกแต่ง: Lemon zest twist
• ABV: 26%

ส่วนผสม

• Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 75 ml
• น้ำเชื่อมจากน้ำตาล Demerara / Muscovado สีเข้ม (2 น้ำตาลต่อ 1 น้ำ) — 10 ml
• Peychaud's หรือ bitters สไตล์ Creole อื่นๆ — 3 dash

วิธีทำ

1. STIR whisky with three ice cubes in a glass.
2. Add sugar syrup, bitters and two more ice cubes.
3. STIR some more and add another two ice cubes.
4. STIR a bit more, and if you have room, add more ice.
