Elin's Bourbon Old Fashioned
A classic cocktail with bourbon and citrus notes.

- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 3 dash
- Maraschino (Marasca) syrup (from cherry jar) — 7.5 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Add orange zest.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
