A strong cocktail with rum and sherry.

- Havana Club 7yo rum — 45 ml
- Overproof pot still rum — 15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with flamed orange zest twist.
