A refreshing cocktail with sparkling wine and bitter.

- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 40 ml
- Pinot Grigio white wine — 40 ml
- Italian red bitter liqueur — 40 ml

- POUR all ingredients into an ice-filled glass.
- If poured in the following order there should be no need to stir.
