Anthony's Vieux Carré Cocktail
A complex cocktail with rye whiskey and cognac.

- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
- Rittenhouse Straight Rye — 30 ml
- Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 30 ml
- Cognac — 30 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large piece of ice.
