A Scotch in the Caribbean
A cocktail with whisky and falernum.

- Blended Scotch whisky — 60 ml
- John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur — 20 ml
- Stone’s Special Reserve Ginger Wine — 10 ml
- Salt — 1 pinch
- The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- Stir the whisky, Falernum, and Ginger Wine with ice and a pinch of sea salt.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large cube of ice.
- Add a dash of Jerry Thomas's Decanter bitters.
