• Peachtree peach schnapps — 10 ml
• *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 20 ml
• Earl Grey tea (cold) — 20 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

Kā to pagatavot

1. Combine Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum, Peachtree peach schnapps, special ingredient #1, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
