- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries — 5 ml
- Jamaican aged blended rum — 30 ml
Kā to pagatavot
- BLEND first 5 ingredients with 4oz scoop of crushed ice.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
- POUR Jamaican rum into shot glass and serve alongside drink.
