1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
2. Pour the salt onto a small plate.
3. Run a slice of grapefruit around the rims of two highball glasses.
4. Gently dip the rims into the salt to coat.
5. Fill the glasses with ice.
